Day 11 on Big Blue was a practice day between race days. With the wind at 15-18kts, the sailing team set out to improve their manoeuvres. The day started with practice racing against Emirates Team New Zealand and then progressed to foiling gybe practice.

It was a big day for Emirates Team New Zealand sailing in the final race against Luna Rossa, but perhaps the biggest thrill of the day came as Tom Cruise and his son Connor jumped onboard the AC72 and took the helm on a thrill ride around San Francisco Bay.
